  • On Saturday 5 November 2022 Climate Action Monaro Incorporated (CAM) will join forces with Cooma Car Club to convene EV-ent@ Motorfest at Cooma Showgrounds inside the Multi-function Centre.

  • For the first time ever at Motorfest, an electric vehicle showcase will complement the four hundred internal combustion engine cars, trucks, and motorbikes, which are typically displayed.

  • CAM convened electric vehicle display and knowledge share EV-ents in May 2021 and March 2022. These EV-ents  have been successful because of you.

  • Together with corporate displays and entertainment, Motorfest takes on a carnival atmosphere where the public can admire the contribution to motoring history that members of the Cooma Car Club have collected, restored, and maintain.

  • The event attracts over 4,000 visitors. This is a fabulous opportunity to showcase a selection of electric vehicles, the next phase of motoring history, to motoring enthusiasts.

WE NEED YOU!

  • We are seeking owner/ drivers and dealers to join us in displaying EVs, e-motorbikes, e-bikes and charging technologies.

  • We will also be seeking supporting presentations.

  • EV-ent will be set up inside and surrounding the fabulous ‘Multi-Function Centre’ at the showgrounds in the historic town of Cooma on the edge of the Snowy Mountains in southeast NSW.

  • Cooma Car Club has refurbished the ‘Multi-Function Centre’ to provide covered display space for vehicles, with great access.

  • Date: Saturday 5 November 2022

  • Time: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

  • Location: Multi-Function Centre, Cooma Show grounds, Cooma NSW

DISPLAY VEHICLES

  • Friday 4 November

    • Arrive & set-up 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

  • Saturday 5 November​

    • Display from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

    • Pack-up & Depart from 4:30 pm

REGISTRATION

All registrations are via Cooma Car Club website

Please note with your registration that you plan to be part of the electric vehicle display.

Owner drivers - If you are an owner driver please register here your EV for free as soon as possible but no later than 24 August 2022 at the latest. Please have a photo of the vehicle and a few words ready for your registration (for promotional purposes).

Trade display - If you would like to provide a trade display of EV or associated technology, you will need to download and complete the registration form from the Cooma Car Club website. Trade registration will cost $55 per site.
